Looks like a web address — add https:// so it opens as a link?
Choose "WPA / WPA2 / WPA3" for almost any password-protected network. WEP is only for very old routers. "None" is for open networks with no password.
Only check this if SSID broadcast is turned off in the router settings so phones can't see the WiFi name in a scan. Checking it by mistake can make the QR code fail to connect.
